Newmark Starts Presales in Cross Creek West
Prospective home buyers have more choices in Cross Creek West now that Newmark Homes has started presales!
Newmark is offering 12 floor plans from its popular Artisan Series. Homes situated on 50-foot properties range from 2,248 to 2,989 square feet. Six waterfront properties are available.
A model home, the Strasburg floor plan, will open later this year.
Homes will feature Newmark’s perfect blend of beautiful architecture, high-end attributes and green building materials. Standard features of the one- and two-story homes include four bedrooms, island kitchens, formal living and dining rooms, game rooms and two-car garages.
Buyers can further tailor their home to meet their needs with options and upgrades. Options include studies, covered patios, additional bedrooms, extended showers in the primary suite, fireplaces and more.
Customers of Newmark Homes in Cross Creek West will also receive a two-year membership with Energy Ogre, a technology company that pairs customers with the best energy plan from retail providers. The membership is designed to help Texas buyers save money on their energy bills.
Cross Creek West is located on FM 359 and Cross Creek West Boulevard, near sister community Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear. In the works is a planned recreation center and pool slated to open summer 2023. Our master plan also calls for a proposed on-site Lamar Consolidated Independent School District elementary.
