The Commons at Cross Creek West: Bringing Everyday Conveniences to Our Neighborhood

At the entrance to Cross Creek West, construction is underway on The Commons at Cross Creek West, which is poised to add 5 acres of new retail and everyday conveniences here in our community.  

The development features two multi-tenant retail buildings and two standalone sites at 5919 S. FM 359, Fulshear, near the intersection of FM 359 and Cross Creek West Boulevard. Drivers will be able to access the center from both Cross Creek West Boulevard and FM 359.

Tenant Details

The site plan from The Retail Connection—a commercial real estate firm—shows space has been leased to Skip’s Beer Wine & Liquor and a dentistry practice. Leases are pending for a national coffee shop brand and urgent care facility.

Per renderings of The Commons at Cross Creek West, the unnamed coffee shop is slated to include drive-thru access.

Land within the 5-acre development has also been sold to Ivy Kids Early Learning Center for a new location in Cross Creek West. Ivy Kids offers a range of programs from infants to school-age children with the closest existing center nearby at Ivy Kids of Cross Creek, located off Cross Creek Bend Lane in Fulshear.

What’s Next

A second 1-acre standalone site within The Commons at Cross Creek West also has a lease pending, though the tenant is unnamed, according to site plan information from ARVO Ventures, the firm developing the commercial center.

Roughly 18,000 square feet of space remains available between the two multi-tenant buildings for additional shopping, dining, and services, according to ARVO Ventures.

According to The Retail Connection, buildings are set to be delivered to tenants in the third quarter of 2027.
