Kids will soon be able to unleash their inner superheroes because a groundbreaking mission is coming to Fulshear, TX — Super Dave's All Abilities Park!

Located at 4200 Katy Fulshear Road, the park is set to be the ultimate superhero headquarters. Strategically positioned near Cross Creek West and accessible via trails at our sister community, Cross Creek Ranch, the park has been designed to make sure no hero gets left behind.

With three dynamic play zones catering to kids of all abilities — including those with disabilities — every sidekick and superhero-in-training will find a space to unleash their powers. Each zone is tailored to specific age groups, ensuring a safe and exciting experience for everyone.

The splash pad is ready to bring a tidal wave of fun, providing a refreshing space for kids to cool off while dodging water jets and fountains. Meanwhile, the pavilion serves as a command center where families can gather, take a break, and plan their next adventure.

One of the most heroic aspects of this park is its fully accessible pathways, which make exploring the park’s features possible for kids of all abilities. These pathways create a seamless experience, ensuring every child can navigate the park with confidence, whether they’re using wheels, walkers or just their super-strong legs.

Construction is set to kick off in the second half of this year with a planned completion date in 2026. This extraordinary mission is backed by $3.4 million in funding, secured through county park bonds, ensuring the park is equipped with everything it needs to become a true force for inclusion and fun.
