As Cross Creek Ranch & Cross Creek West home buyers hopefully embark on their new life in our communities, we are taking the opportunity to build hope for those who need it most by giving back.
During the Give Back. Build Hope campaign, we will donate money for each new home sold to five designated charities:

Richmond-based Abigail’s Place serves single mothers facing episodic homelessness, providing transitional housing and helping clients toward self-sufficiency. The charity’s transitional housing includes on-site shelter units, rental assistance, short-term hotel stays and security deposits. |
With a residential and day program, gift and garden center and Café at Brookwood, the Brookwood Community provides an educational environment that creates meaningful jobs, builds a sense of belonging and demands dignity and respect for adults with disabilities. |
Family Hope is the largest non-profit agency exclusively serving residents of northern Fort Bend County with medical assistance, food, rent and utility assistance, job searches, furniture and disaster relief. |

Fort Bend PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving) raises funds and awareness for Fort Bend County Animal Services to help them maintain a high save rate as well as provide heartworm treatment and preventative and low-cost spay and neuter events. |
Reining Strength Therapeutic Horsemanship helps adults and children ages 2 and older with physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs reach their individual potential through customized equine-assisted services. |
