New Mixed-Use Development Planned in Fulshear TX
In summer 2024, real estate company Janapriya Upscale USA announced plans to break ground on a 125,000-square-foot development located on the south side of FM 1093 near Texas Heritage Parkway.
The location places the development just minutes from Cross Creek West, making it a convenient destination for residents looking for retail, dining, and outdoor gathering spaces close to home.

What Fulshear Central Will Include
According to Janapriya Upscale USA, Fulshear Central is expected to include:
- 50,000 square feet of retail space
- 16 acres of parks and green spaces
- More than 20 miles of interconnected trails
- Office condos and commercial space
- A large central greenspace designed to host community events and outdoor gatherings
These features are intended to create a walkable destination where residents can shop, dine, relax outdoors, and attend local events.
Construction Timeline for Fulshear Central
Construction is expected to begin in the fall, with a grand opening planned for 2025.
Janapriya Upscale USA also planned a connector road from FM 1093 to McKinnon Road, which will run along the south side of the development.
This new roadway is designed to improve accessibility and connectivity for residents traveling from nearby new home communities.
