Fulshear Town Square
At the southeast corner of FM 1093 and Main Street, Town Square Development Advisors has proposed an 18.8-acre mixed-use hub of shopping, dining, and lifestyle destinations called Fulshear Town Square.

The proposal includes:

- retail options
- movie theater space
- a 180-room hotel
- medical and general office space above retail that’s on the ground level
