Cross Creek West’s Lead the Way Promotion Is Going Strong

Calling all hometown heroes! Whether you’re saving lives, serving our country, shaping young minds in Lamar CISD classrooms, or guiding clients through real estate deals, Our Lead the Way program  at Cross Creek West is still going strong, helping you purchase the home of your dreams.

The promotion offers a $5,000 check to show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of first responders, LCISD staff, active military, and real estate agents who purchase a new home in Cross Creek West in 2026. Lead the Way began January 1 and will continue until we’ve gifted 40 qualified buyers.

Now that we’ve reached the halfway mark, how have things been going? Well, the response has been amazing! Sixteen buyers have already claimed their $5,000 gift, with Westin Homes leading the pack as a crowd favorite among buyers.

From police officers and firefighters to EMS heroes, our first responders are making their mark as the top participants in this promotion, but employees at LCISD, active military, and Realtors have also taken advantage. These are the folks who work tirelessly for others, and now it’s their turn to enjoy a little something extra.
